|Full-Service Listing: You will receive a marketing plan that will include advertising, signage, a
showing coordinator, staging advice, well-property check-ups, flyers, mailers, showing
feedback, open houses, internet exposure, buyer qualification, contracts, disclosures,
examine title and closing documents, and maintain constant communication and whatever
else it takes to sell your property for the price and terms we agree on.
MLS Entry-Only: If you would like to sell your property on your own, Trish will input your property
information into the MLS so you can have the maximum opportunity to sell your property fast.
You will need to offer a cooperating broker 3% if he/she brings you a buyer. *(Must be paid for
FSBO Transaction Fee: You find the buyer and Trish serves as a transaction-broker,
representing both you and the buyer. We prepare contracts, disclosures, meet deadlines,
coordinate inspection (if necessary) and examine title and closing documents.
FSBO Staging Consultation: If you are attempting to sell your property on your own and just
need some advice for staging your property in order to get the maximum sales price, just give
us a call. We're experts! Feng Shui advice too!
